Abu Dhabi is always in news for its grand real estate and lavish constructions. Ritz-Carlton has got in an agreement with Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) for a landmark and lavish waterfront hotel in Abu Dhabi.
As per the initial plan the Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal will be spread across 54 acres which will comprise of about 447 guestrooms & suites with 85 villas. The Venetian- inspired hotel will be crescent shape with huge private beach for hotel guests.
The Grand Canal hotel with include some A-list facilities like personalized butler service, 21,500-square-foot spa with exclusive entrance, a fitness center, tennis courts, three restaurants – an Italian restaurant, steak and seafood restaurant and a Middle Eastern and an Asian restaurant.
It will also have a rooftop terrace which offers food and beverage services with two poolside bars and a lobby lounge.
However the show stopper is the 17,222 sq foot swimming pool in front of the hotel. The property is expected to be open by the end of this year.
