Riding high on success of London Olympics and good looks, India ace badminton player Saina Nehwal has signed three years contract with Rhiti Sports Management for a whopping amount of Rs 40-crore.
As part of the contact, Rhiti will now manage Saina Nehwal’s endorsements and brand associations, corporate profile, patents and digital rights, images and all other commercial rights exclusively.
The company also manages endorsements for Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and handles the marketing for IPL team Chennai Super Kings.
The endorsement is nothing new for Saina as she already has been part of many campaigns for brands like Yonex sportswear, Fortune oil, Indian Overseas Bank, Whisper and Emami Fast Relief.
“We are proud to be associated with someone who is not only a youth icon for women but has also done a lot for badminton as a sport,” Arun Pandey, chairman and managing director of Rhiti Sports said.
Company is also in talks with other new brands for Saina Nehwal.
