Moët & Chandon associates with US Open for charity

LVMH Champagne brand Moët & Chandon will be sole Champagne sponsor for 2011 US Open in New York. Moët & Chandon has been involved with other sporting event including likes of Le Mans auto race and the America’s Cup yachting challenges.

Moët & Chandon will create on-site suite at the US Open, which will be inside the Queens borough. The luxury suite will serve as a celebration station for attending guests as well host an auction for charity titled “Cheers for the Champions.”

Celebrity guests will be rotating in and out of the Moët & Chandon suite to sign magnums of Champagne that are adorned with a crystal US Open logo.

The autographed bottles will then be auctioned throughout the tournament to US Open attendees with all proceeds benefitting the United States Tennis Association Serves program.
