London’s Gold & Co. launches Gold Plated iPad 2 In Dubai

Dubai is known for his over the top and lavish lifestyle. It has all the possible amenities and luxury items to fulfill your desire and dreams. And the love for gold is not hidden. Gold & Co. of London has launched their version of gold iPad 2 in Dubai market.

Though it is not as lavish as iPad 2 Gold History Edition by Stuard Hughes or the diamond-studded iPad that Harrods released earlier but still good enough to turn heads. 

The modified device cost about 20,000 dirham i.e. about $5,500. With this gold edition iPad 2, Gold & Co. has already bagged 6 orders. Gold & Co. had earlier done same and offered gold plated editions of iPods, iPhones and the original iPad.

As per company sources, working and modifying iPad 2 was most difficult of as iPad 2 all components could not be clipped open. This gold plated iPad 2 was first revealed at the Dubai Women’s Exhibition at Jumeirah. 

Unlike Stuart Hughes and Harrods version of iPad 2, the current release is much cheaper and cost only in few thousands rather than millions.
