Hublot has unveiled it latest creation – Oceanographic 4000 for ‘Only Watch 2011’ charity event to be held in September 2011. This will be 4th edition of ‘Only Watch 2011’. The name comes from the water resistance capability of watch which is good 4000 meters.
The watch is beautifully created in red and whites, taking a cue from colors ofMonacoflag and name come from “Musée Océanographique de Monaco” (MonacoOceanographicMuseum) which Hublot enjoys partnership with.
This watch is the first of many technology-packed wrist watches that will soon roll out of Hublot. The case is created using carbon fiber case and composite resin sides, carbon fiber bezel and black PVD titanium crowns and screw.
The wrist watch measures 48mm and uses a Swiss automatic Hublot caliber HUB1401, with power reserves enough for 42 hours and 23 jewels.
The dial is matte black with red indeces with white SuperLuminova and hands done in red with white SuperLuminova.
