These super luxury apartments will be developed at Greater Kailash – II (A colony developed by DLF).

The project will be spread over 2.3 acres of land and the estimated project cost is about Rs 700 crore.
The official price of flats are not available but the sources close to the company have estimated is to be anywhere Rs 15 crore to Rs 25 crore. The booking price is Rs. 5 Lac.
This development has centrally air conditioned apartments of sizes ranging from 5400 – 6000 sq feet approx., “One apartment a floor model”. The Kings Court promises the unrestricted view of the Jehanpanah Forests and the W block Park.
