24 year American Actress and model Blake Lively has been named the new face of Gucci. She will be the face of Italian brands new fragrance – Premiere. All praises over the new face of Brand, company’s creative director Frida Giannini said she was chosen for her “unique style and charisma”.
“In conceiving this fragrance I was inspired by timeless Hollywood glamour and the iconic leading ladies of Hollywood’s golden era,” the New York Daily news quoted Frida Giannini, creative director of Gucci, as saying in a statement.
Première commercial short film will be screened at the Venice Film Festival on Sept. 1.
“Gucci Première is scheduled to arrive first in the U.K. in late July, with exclusives at Harrods and Selfridges, and the worldwide launch will kick off in September with the exception of China, where the fragrance will arrive in 2013.
Photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott shot the ad campaign in February at the Sheats Goldstein Residence in Los Angeles. “
