
Better known for its clothing, Banana Republic has collaborated with California winery to create limited-edition holiday bottles. These special edition wine bottles is targeted to female wine lovers which is very evident from the hand-sketched labels of the little black dress and fancy, sweeping red frocks.
Company’s creative director Simon Kneen, has rendered the party dresses which will be will be embellished on Clos du Bois’s most popular wines including 2010 North Coast Chardonnay and 2008 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon.
The 2010 North Coast Chardonnay will feature a classic little black dress on label and has flavors of pear, green apple, honeysuckle and toasty oak. The 2008 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of blackberry, plum, toasted oak, vanilla and hints of spice will feature full-skirted, strapless red cocktail dress.
Along with limited-edition wines you will also get holiday party soundtrack, style tips from Kneen, and food and wine recommendations from Clos du Bois that can be accessed by scanning mobile devices across a QR code on the label.
The Clos du Bois Chardonnay is priced at $16.99 and the Cabernet Sauvignon priced at $18.99.
