French watch makers, Audemars Piguet Millenary are the official timekeeper of the Tour Auto held every year in France. This year Tour Auto will be help from 11 to 16 April 2011. The luxury watch maker is partnering with event for sixth year in row, and Audemars Piguet is launching a limited edition watch to commemorate the event.
This watch is not extraordinarily flashy and has a retro feel to it and has been created to captures the vintage spirit of event. It is available in 47 mm case, fashioned from steel. Its back side is imprinted with the Tour Auto logo. Housed in the case is a black dial and features silver-toned hour, minute and seconds counters.
This new timepiece equipped with an extremely reliable chronograph movement has a 40-hour power reserve and a balance beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. Millenary Tour Auto 2011 is fitted with a hand-sewn black leather strap with lozenge-pattern stitching and is delivered in a dedicated presentation box.
The model is issued in a limited edition of 150 pieces and is delivered in a presentation box.
