Who is Isha Guha?

Isha Guha, full name Isha Tara Guha is former member of England cricket team. She is in new because of her looks as she recently joined panel of analyst on Set Max where she could be seen shoulder to shoulder with likes of ace cricketer Navjyot Singh Sidhu.

Guha announced her retirement from international cricket in March; she’s going to continue her county cricket career with Berkshire. Beautiful 26-year-old made her ODI debut back in 2002 when she was just 17 and went on to play over 44 one day international.

This right-arm medium pacer was also named the BBC Asian Network Sports Personality of the Year in 2002. She was even the top-ranked female bowler in the world in 2008, and has even played 137 Tests for England.

She brings to table the fresh lease of air and her looks add some for glamor quotient to the IPL broadcast.  And no one is complaining. It’s better than looking at same half bald men or listening to men at top of their voices day in and day out.

Watch major TAG Heuer launched their new boutique at the Palladium Mall at Lower Parel in Mumbai. New TAG Heuer Carrera ‘Monaco Grand Prix’ Limited Edition Chronograph was also unveiled by Shah Rukh Khan and Karun Chandhok.

New timepiece is inspired by the 1964 Jack Heuer tribute to the Carrera Panamericana road race of the ’50s. This limited edition timepiece will see only see 3,000 pieces being created.

The House of Dior has unveiled glamorous short film ‘Secret Garden – Versailles’ shot in France’s Château de Versailles.

The short film has been shot by Dutch fashion photography duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, known for their work with labels including Gucci, Chloé and Balenciaga, starring Daria Strokus, Melissa Stasiuk and Xiao Wen Ju in ‘La Galeries Des Glaces. It features music by Depeche Mode.

One World Trade Center to be tallest building in US

The new One World Trade Center is all set to become the New York’s tallest building, overtaking the Empire State Building moment a steel column is lifted into place on Monday. The new tower will surpass 1,250-foot Empire State Building with a final height of 1,776 feet.

The architecture of this building seems fairly complex and surely auto cad classes were needed by the professionals who designed it.

Once completed, the new One World Trade Tower will have 69 floors of office space, including restaurants and television broadcasting facilities, as well as an observation deck at the top.

In the shadow of the new tower is the 9/11 memorial, made up of two reflecting pools in the footprints of where the twin towers used to stand.

 “It’s wonderful,” Mayor Bloomberg said Sunday. “It’s taken a long time. This is probably the most complex construction site in any place ever. I think what we’ve shown is that democracy works.”

It will also surpass the Willis Tower in Chicago as the tallest building in the US. Although One World Trade Center will be tallest building in the US, Dubai’s Bhurj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world.

Making to the top brand list dream for any brand and its marketing team. In recent list of top 10 Global Beauty Brands, the long lasting brands with decades of existence show their dominance. Of the top 50 brands, 41 are over 60 years old and 15 are over 100.

The ranking was determined on basis of – 5 year revenue forecasts, brand strength as measured by customer loyalty and willingness to pay a price premium, royalty rates, market share and current market value.

Brand valuation firm Brand Finance released its annual ranking of the 50 biggest global beauty brands, with product portfolios including hair-care, skincare, makeup and shower products.

“Consumers are loyal to brands because of the trust factor, which is especially important in beauty products,” Elise Neils, managing director of Brand Finance USA told Forbes. “Legacy brands have history and significance across generations, and women are more willing to be loyal to brands that they’re putting on their body.”

According to Neils, beauty brands are seeing the most growth from anti-aging product lines. Also you can see growing interest among men, particularly for skincare products. “There is more awareness by men and more acceptance that it’s okay to use beauty products for men,” she says.

At No. 1, Procter & Gamble’s Olay is considered the strongest beauty brand in the world, with a brand value of $11.8 billion.
